Senior Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:
Mentor and guide a team of highly motivated engineers.
You foster a culture of trust, transparency, and accountability through passion and commitment to work.
Conduct regular 1:1s with your team.
Managing end-to-end product development and delivery for the Rewards and Promotions team.
Owning the technical architecture and leading the engineering decisions for the product.
Collaborating with designers, developers, growth managers, and product managers to estimate and plan projects in an Agile environment.
Leading a team of engineers, mentoring them, and motivating them to solve complex problems.
Be both a highly technical manager and an effective people manager.
Communicate cross-functionally and drive engineering efforts.
Should have demonstrated ability to recruit and manage technical teams, including performance management.
Own metrics for the team, like p95 p99 outages, etc.
Requirements:
Experience: 10+ Years.
