Product Manager (Customer Identity & Auth)

Responsibilities:
Responsible for smooth functioning and optimization of the current user and business onboarding flows, also launching new account types for different user segments.
Collaborate with Business stakeholders on formulating and prioritizing new ideas utilizing the combined understanding of customer behavior, user experience, and commercial aspects.
Work with UX, Development, and Quality Assurance teams to deliver new products and features within timelines and generate positive impact on the acquisition funnel.
Manage quick resolution of production defects and technical debt.
Requirements:
Managing stakeholders across functions.
Numerical Ability and Data Analytics.
Prioritization of new initiatives.
User experience design.
Familiarity in working with API based scalable microservices.
6-8 years of core product management experience in a well-regarded fintech, with experience working on digital onboarding/KYC (individuals or corporates) of new customers.
Tier 1 Academic Background.
Tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel.
