Product Manager - Remittance

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders on formulating and prioritising new ideas utilising the combined understanding of customer behaviour, user experience and commercial aspects.
Work with UX, Development, and Quality Assurance teams to deliver new products and features within timelines and generate impact on volumes and profitability.
Work with external MTOs (e. g., Western Union) on new integrations and improvement initiatives on existing integrations.
Manage resolution of production defects and technical debt.
The core requirements for the job include the following:
Skills and Experience Required:
Managing stakeholders across functions.
Numerical Ability and Data Analytics.
Prioritisation of new initiatives.
User experience design.
Familiarity in working with API-based scalable microservices.
Background:
3-4 years of core product management experience in a well-regarded fintech, preferably working on cross-border remittance (ideal) or payment products.
Tier 1 academic background.
Tools:
Jira, Confluence, and MS Excel.
