We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Industries Developer to design, develop, and support scalable Quote-to-Cash (QTC) and Revenue Lifecycle Management solutions. You will build high-performance applications bridging Salesforce Revenue Cloud with Communication Cloud (Vlocity) architectures, collaborating closely with enterprise architects and business teams.
Responsibilities
Revenue Lifecycle Management: Design, configure, and customise solutions using Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ (SteelBrick), and Salesforce Billing.
Business Logic and Pricing: Configure complex pricing structures, product bundles, validation rules, approvals, and custom Quote Calculator Plugins (QCP).
OmniStudio Development: Build declarative and programmatic solutions using OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
Core Programmatic Coding: Develop high-quality custom extensions using Apex Triggers, Classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and advanced Salesforce Flows.
Enterprise Integration: Architect and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external ERP/billing engines using REST/SOAP APIs and Event-Driven Architecture.
DevOps and Delivery: Participate in automated code deployments, rigorous code reviews, testing automation, and CI/CD pipelines via Git.
Requirements:
Mandatory Domain Expertise: Strong implementation experience across both Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ/Billing) and Communication Cloud (Vlocity).
OmniStudio Toolkit: Hands-on mastery of OmniStudio UI components (FlexCards, OmniScripts) and data services (DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
Programmatic Core: Proven experience writing custom Apex code and building custom UI using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Advanced CPQ Customisation: Direct experience or clear understanding of implementing Quote Calculator Plugins (QCP) for complex pricing logic.
Data Models: Solid understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC), Order-to-Cash (OTC), and product catalogue data schemas.
DevOps Tools: Practical experience using version control tools like Git and automated deployment pipelines.
