Chief of Staff (COS A)

We are hiring for an entry-level Chief of Staff track based out of our Mumbai office, designed for exceptionally sharp, fast-learning graduates. This role is built for high-potential freshers (or candidates with up to a year of experience) who bring strong problem-solving ability and a track record of academic or extracurricular excellence. You will sit close to leadership from day one, get exposure across every function of the business, and use this as a launchpad into a larger ownership role within the company.
Responsibilities:
Work directly with leadership on cross-functional priorities, tracking projects and follow-ups to closure.
Structure ambiguous problems into clear frameworks, gather the underlying data, and prepare analyses that inform decisions.
Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and reports for leadership meetings, investor updates, and internal reviews.
Coordinate across product, marketing, finance, and operations teams to keep key initiatives on track and unblock delays.
Sit in on leadership meetings, capture action items, and follow up to ensure decisions actually get executed.
Take end-to-end ownership of small projects (a process fix, a vendor evaluation, a pilot initiative) as a proving ground for larger responsibility.
Research new markets, competitors, and opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of work experience.
High problem-solving aptitude (125+ IQ-equivalent reasoning ability), demonstrated through academics, competitions, or prior work.
Graduate from a well-regarded institute, with a strong academic record.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complex information into a clear point of view.
Strong ownership mindset with a bias for action, comfortable chasing outcomes rather than waiting for instructions.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous, in-office startup environment in Mumbai.
