App Developer - React Native

We're looking for driven, independent, hustler App Developers who can take ownership and build high-quality mobile applications from scratch. You'll be working on our AI Tutoring product, with potential exposure to parent-facing apps and math gaming platforms.
Responsibilities:
Built mobile apps from scratch (0 to 1) or owned major features end-to-end.
Taken apps from development to production scaling.
Worked on performance optimization, debugging, and real-world issues (crashes, latency, etc. ).
Comfortable making technical decisions independently (not just following tasks).
Experience working in fast-paced / startup-like environments.
Build and scale mobile applications using React Native.
Take end-to-end ownership of features (development, testing, and deployment).
Work closely with product and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and reliability.
Contribute to architecture decisions and best practices.
Requirements:
2-6 years of mobile app development experience.
Strong hands-on experience in React Native (preferred over Flutter).
Experience with SQLite or similar for local mobile storage.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have:
Exposure to Flutter/Dart.
Experience with native iOS development (Swift/Objective-C) (if you're a senior developer).
Basic understanding of Android development.
