Senior Mobile App Developer

We are looking for a Senior Mobile App Developer with 4+ years of experience to design and build high-quality cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Flutter and Dart, along with experience in native iOS development using Swift. In this role, you will build scalable mobile applications, optimize performance, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
The core responsibilities for the job include the following:
Mobile App Development:
Develop high-performance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
Design scalable and maintainable mobile app architecture.
Build reusable components and libraries.
Optimize application performance, memory usage, and battery efficiency.
Implement complex UI/UX with smooth animations and transitions.
Collaboration and Leadership:
Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards.
Mentor junior developers and support technical decision-making.
Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver features.
Native iOS Development:
Implement native iOS features using Swift when required.
Integrate platform-specific functionality with Flutter using platform channels.
Ensure applications follow iOS Human Interface Guidelines.
Backend Integration:
Integrate and consume RESTful APIs.
Implement error handling, caching, and offline support.
Integrate third-party services, SDKs, and payment gateways.
Quality and Deployment:
Write unit, widget, and integration tests.
Maintain CI/CD pipelines for mobile deployments.
Manage App Store and Play Store releases.
Implement analytics, crash reporting, and monitoring tools.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in mobile application development.
3+ years of experience with Flutter and Dart.
2+ years of experience with Swift (iOS development).
Strong knowledge of Flutter architecture patterns (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod).
Experience integrating REST APIs and asynchronous programming.
Experience with local storage (SQLite, Hive, SharedPreferences).
Strong understanding of mobile performance optimization and lifecycle.
Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
At least one published mobile app on Play Store or App Store.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
SwiftUI or native Android development (Kotlin).
Experience with GraphQL.
Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, FCM).
Animation tools such as Lottie or Rive.
CI/CD tools like Fastlane, Codemagic, or GitHub Actions.
Knowledge of mobile security best practices.
