Angular Developer

We're looking for driven, independent hustler App Developers who can take ownership and build high-quality mobile applications from scratch. You'll be working on our AI Tutoring product, with potential exposure to parent-facing apps and math gaming platforms.
Responsibilities:
Built mobile apps from scratch (0 1) or owned major features end-to-end.
Taken apps from development, production, and scaling.
Worked on performance optimization, debugging, and real-world issues (crashes, latency, etc. ).
Comfortable making technical decisions independently (not just following tasks).
Experience working in fast-paced / startup-like environments.
Build and scale mobile applications using Flutter.
Take end-to-end ownership of features (development, testing, and deployment).
Work on native integrations (iOS) when required.
Work closely with product and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and reliability.
Contribute to architecture decisions and best practices.
Requirements:
4-8 years of mobile app development experience.
Strong hands-on experience in Flutter (Dart).
Experience with native iOS development (Swift/Objective-C).
Experience with SQLite or similar for local mobile storage.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in app store deployment (iOS/Play Store).
Startup or fast-paced environment experience.
Basic understanding of Android development.
