Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline application deployments.
Architect, deploy, and manage services on GCP (App Engine, Cloud Run, GKE, IAM, Networking, Monitoring).
Administer and optimize MongoDB clusters (replication, sharding, performance tuning, and backups).
Ensure system reliability, high availability, and disaster recovery across all environments.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc. ).
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance, cost, and reliability of infrastructure and applications.
Collaborate with development teams to containerize applications and optimize runtime environments.
Implement observability solutions (logging, monitoring, alerting) to enable proactive incident management.
Requirements:
2.5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps.
Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially App Engine and Cloud Run.
Proven experience in MongoDB administration, schema design, replication, sharding, and performance tuning.
Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or equivalent).
Solid knowledge of Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes preferred).
Skilled in Linux system administration (Ubuntu/CentOS).
Familiarity with networking, security best practices, and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, and GCP Monitoring).
Strong scripting/automation skills in Shell, Python, or Go.
