Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a small team of software engineers, fostering technical growth and engineering excellence.

Requirements:
5+ years of backend software development experience, including 2+ years in a senior or technical leadership role.
Strong expertise in Python and production-grade backend development.
Deep understanding of software architecture, concurrency, operating systems, memory management, and performance optimization.
Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex technical projects.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Rust, PyO3 or FFI.
Exposure to low-latency or high-throughput systems.
Knowledge of distributed systems, networking, SQL/NoSQL databases, and large-scale data processing.
