Requirements:
1-4 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Success.
Strong in written + verbal communication (VERY IMPORTANT).
Experience handling tickets / chats / emails (Freshdesk, Intercom, etc. ).
Ability to stay calm with difficult users.
Someone who takes ownership, not excuses.
Bonus (big advantage):
EdTech background (B2C or SaaS).
Exposure to SLA-driven environments.
Basic understanding of technical troubleshooting / RCA.
