Requirements:
7-12 years of strong hands-on experience in any backend language
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and memory management.
Experience working on complex, high-performance, large-scale systems.
Hands-on experience with multithreading, concurrency, and synchronisation.
Strong debugging and optimisation skills.
Experience with Linux/Unix environments.
Experience in system programming / low-latency / high-performance applications.
Exposure to legacy codebase handling, refactoring, or modernisation.
Experience with design patterns and architecture-level decisions.
