Product Designer

We're looking for an experienced Product Designer to create intuitive, scalable, and user-centric digital product experiences. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and deliver elegant solutions that delight customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys tackling ambiguous challenges, thrives in fast-paced environments, and takes ownership from discovery through execution.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end product design across multiple initiatives from research and ideation to high-fidelity designs and product launch.
Translate complex user needs into intuitive, seamless experiences.
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to define product direction and deliver high-quality solutions.
Create user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished visual designs.
Build and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, and interaction patterns that improve product consistency.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather customer feedback to validate design decisions.
Use customer insights, product metrics, and data to continuously improve the user experience.
Advocate for accessibility, usability, and design quality throughout the product development lifecycle.
Contribute to product strategy by identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
Requirements:
6+ years of experience designing digital products.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and successfully shipped products.
Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
Expertise in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
Experience designing responsive web applications and multi-step user workflows.
Ability to communicate design rationale clearly and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills with an iterative, user-centred design approach.
Experience working closely with engineering teams throughout implementation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working on complex digital products with diverse user needs.
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
Experience using customer research and product analytics to guide design decisions.
Basic understanding of front-end technologies to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
Experience working in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments.
