Technical Project Manager

As a Technical Web3/Blockchain Project Manager, you will lead and oversee complex Blockchain projects, combining traditional project management skills with specialized knowledge of Web3 technologies and decentralized systems. This role requires a minimum of 5 Years of relevant experience in Blockchain and Web3 specifically with platforms such as Ethereum, Polkadot, or Solana. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and secure decentralized applications (dApps) while ensuring technical excellence and alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Technical Understanding: Demonstrate a strong grasp of Blockchain fundamentals, including consensus mechanisms, cryptography, tokenomics, and decentralized network architecture.
Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans for Web3 initiatives, outlining scope, milestones, technical requirements, and timelines.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with developers, designers, clients, and blockchain experts to align project goals and expectations, ensuring transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Blockchain Architecture Design: Work with Blockchain architects to design scalable and secure blockchain solutions, selecting appropriate platforms and protocols for optimal performance.
Smart Contract Oversight: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of smart contracts, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to security best practices.
dApp Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of dApp projects, from ideation and design to deployment on Blockchain networks, ensuring timely delivery.
Resource Allocation: Allocate developers, designers, and infrastructure resources effectively to optimize team efficiency.
Quality Assurance and Testing: Implement robust testing strategies to ensure performance, reliability, and security of Blockchain solutions.
Compliance Awareness: Ensure project compliance with relevant regulatory standards, including cryptocurrency regulations and data security protocols.
Continuous Learning and Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging trends in Web3 and Blockchain, fostering a culture of innovation within the team.
Scrum Methodology: Utilize Scrum and Agile methodologies to manage project activities, facilitating regular stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Requirements:
Web3 and Blockchain Knowledge: Extensive experience with Blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Solana, or Polkadot and a strong grasp of decentralized systems.
Smart Contract Development: Practical knowledge in overseeing Smart Contract design; familiarity with Solidity or other Blockchain programming languages is a plus.
Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in traditional project management, developing technical project roadmaps, managing timelines, and maintaining project documentation.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams and external stakeholders.
Compliance Awareness: Knowledge of legal and regulatory considerations in Blockchain to ensure adherence to industry standards.
Scrum and Agile Methodology: Demonstrated experience in managing sprints and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 Years in project management, with at least 3 years focused on Blockchain and Web3 technologies.
Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex Blockchain projects.
Certifications (Preferred):
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
