Motion Graphics Designer

We are looking for a creative and skilled motion graphics designer who also has experience in static graphic design & 3D animation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing visually compelling motion animations as well as static creatives like banners, social media posts, and marketing collaterals.
Responsibilities:
Design and animate 2D/3D motion graphics for digital campaigns, websites, and product explainers.
Create static visual content such as social media posts, digital banners, flyers, brochures, and email creatives.
Work with tools like After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop to deliver cohesive visual content.
Use Blender or similar tools for 3D design or animation tasks when needed.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and design teams to maintain brand consistency and visual quality.
Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years.
Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Solid understanding of motion design principles (keyframing, easing, timing, transitions).
Experience in designing static creatives for digital media.
Strong experience in Blender (or similar 3D tools).
Strong portfolio showcasing both motion graphics and static design work.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with Lottie, Figma animations, or micro-interactions.
Understanding of colour grading, lighting, and rendering in Blender.
Basic sound syncing or experience working with motion sound effects (optional).
Not Required / Not Part of the Role:
Video editing of raw footage or full video compositions.
UI/UX design or front-end development work.
