About the role
Description supplied by the original job listing.
Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end roadmap for one or more of Teamroom's agents' primary research/interviews, deep research, data tables, storylines/slides, or the orchestrator.
Take ambiguous user problems and translate them into shipped, reliable agent behavior, working closely with engineering, research, and design.
Define the evaluation frameworks and quality bar that keep the agent trustworthy in the hands of demanding users (consultants, PE deal teams) who stake real decisions on the output.
The core requirements for the job include the following:
Must-Have (screening criteria):
Has shipped an LLM-powered or agentic AI product to production (not just a prototype/demo) and can speak to real user behavior and failure modes.
Has built or driven an evaluation/quality framework for a non-deterministic system: accuracy metrics, hallucination checks, human-eval rubrics, or guardrails.
4-8 years of total experience, with meaningful time as a product manager (not just adjacent roles).
Comfortable in high-ambiguity, low-process, fast-moving startup environments.
Based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru.
Good-to-Have:
Domain experience in consulting, private equity, VC, or corporate strategy.
Technical fluency to co-design agent behavior with engineers (prompting, orchestration, model behavior) without needing to code.
Experience with MCP, Claude, or similar agent-orchestration tooling.
Strong written communication for building stakeholder-credible roadmaps.
Experience
4-8 yrs
