Conduct code/solution reviews and ensure adherence to performance, security, and scalability best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks in apps and flows.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
Gather requirements directly from client stakeholders and translate business needs into technical specifications.
Present solution designs and demos to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers on Power Platform best practices.
Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and Power Automate.
Strong working knowledge of Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service) entity design, relationships, and security roles.
Experience integrating Power Platform with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure AD/Entra ID, Key Vault).
Proficiency with Power Fx (Canvas App formula language) and expressions in Power Automate.
Experience with custom connectors and REST/SOAP API integration.
Understanding of ALM practices: solution packaging, environment variables, connection references, pipeline deployment (Azure DevOps preferred).
Familiarity with DLP policies, environment strategy, and Power Platform governance/admin centre.
Experience with Power BI for reporting and embedded analytics within apps (preferred, not always mandatory).
Solid understanding of relational data modelling and basic SQL.
Experience working directly with client stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
Strong communication skills able to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
Good to Have:
Microsoft certifications: PL-100 (Power Platform App Maker), PL-200 (Functional Consultant), PL-400 (Developer), or PL-600 (Solution Architect).
Experience with RPA tools (Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, or similar).
Exposure to AI Builder or Copilot Studio for intelligent automation.
Experience in healthcare, manufacturing, or ERP-adjacent domains.
Prior experience in a client-facing consulting or agency environment.
