AI Solution Engineer

At Cimba.ai, we're looking for an AI Solution Engineer to bridge the gap between business problems and AI-powered solutions. If you enjoy working at the intersection of business, data, and AI, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
Understand customer workflows and identify AI-driven opportunities.
Translate business needs into clear problem statements and success metrics.
Collaborate with AI/engineering teams to design feasible solutions.
Analyse data, validate hypotheses, and measure solution impact.
Support pilots, POCs, and production deployments.
Create solution docs, briefs, and stakeholder presentations.
Act as the link between business teams and technical teams.
The core requirements for the job include the following:
Experience:
Exposure to real-world analytics/AI/data projects.
Experience in B2B or client-facing environments.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Comfortable with SQL / Excel / Python (preferred).
Basic understanding of AI/ML workflows.
Ability to interpret model outputs into business insights.
Foundations:
Understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle (build, deploy, evaluate).
Familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, or integrations (plus).
Mindset:
Ownership-driven and detail-oriented.
Ability to break down ambiguous problems.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
