QA Engineer

We are seeking a QA Engineer to ensure that our healthcare platform maintains the highest quality, reliability, and compliance standards. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to test and validate new features across our web and mobile applications.
Responsibilities:
Design and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile apps.
Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution.
Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
Perform regression, smoke, and performance testing.
Ensure product quality across various environments (staging, production).
Create test documentation, reports, and testing checklists.
Validate AI and healthcare workflow logic against business requirements.
Support release validation and post-deployment verification.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in QA or software testing (manual + automation).
Experience testing SaaS or healthcare products is a plus.
Familiarity with tools like Postman, JIRA, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, or similar.
Understanding of API testing, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
Nice to Have:
Experience with AWS-based environments.
Familiarity with GDPR, healthcare compliance, or HL7/FHIR standards.
Experience testing AI-driven or data-intensive applications.
