We are looking for an experienced L2 AWS Cloud Support Engineer to manage, monitor, and troubleshoot AWS cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with AWS services, Linux administration, cloud operations, and infrastructure automation.
Responsibilities:
Provide L2 support for AWS cloud environments.
Monitor and troubleshoot production infrastructure issues.
Manage and support AWS services including EC2 S3 RDS, ECS, ELB, and CloudFront.
Perform Linux server administration and troubleshooting.
Configure and maintain web servers such as Apache and Nginx.
Handle incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem resolution.
Support containerized environments using Docker.
Work on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
Ensure system availability, performance, and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployments and issue resolution.
Requirements:
AWS Services: EC2 S3 RDS, ECS, ELB / ALB, CloudFront.
Operating Systems: Linux Administration, Linux Troubleshooting.
Web Servers: Apache, Nginx.
Containerization and Automation: Docker, Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
Additional Skills: Production Support, Incident Management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Monitoring and Troubleshooting, and Networking Fundamentals.
Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
Strong Linux troubleshooting skills.
Experience with Docker and Terraform.
Candidate should have a PF account.
Candidate should possess Form 16 from previous/current employer.
