L2 AWS Cloud Support Engineer

Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
Strong hands-on experience in AWS Cloud Support and Operations.
Experience supporting production environments.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Candidate must have: PF Account History, Form 16 Documentation.
Key Skills Required:
AWS Services: EC2 S3 RDS, ECS, ELB, CloudFront.
Linux Administration and Troubleshooting.
Web Servers: Apache, Nginx.
Containerization: Docker.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform.
Production Support and Incident Management.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
