We are a leading Salesforce consulting and implementation partner dedicated to delivering innovative CRM solutions across multiple industries. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator who is passionate about optimizing Salesforce environments, enhancing business processes, and ensuring seamless platform operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong Salesforce administration expertise, excellent analytical abilities, and the capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience working with nonprofit organizations (NPOs) and the Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) will be considered an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
Administer, maintain, and continuously optimize the Salesforce platform to support evolving business requirements.
Manage user accounts, including user provisioning, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security configurations.
Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, formula fields, approval processes, workflows, and Salesforce Flows.
Monitor and maintain data quality through regular audits, deduplication, validation, and cleansing activities.
Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards that provide meaningful business insights and support strategic decision-making.
Perform data imports, exports, migrations, and bulk updates using Salesforce Data Loader, Import Wizard, or equivalent tools.
Gather business requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices.
Provide day-to-day Salesforce user support by troubleshooting issues, resolving system-related queries, and ensuring minimal business disruption.
Support and maintain integrations with third-party applications and AppExchange solutions.
Stay informed about Salesforce seasonal releases and recommend new features and enhancements that improve platform efficiency.
Support nonprofit implementations, including the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), donor management, fundraising, grant management, volunteer management, and program management where applicable.
Create and maintain system documentation, process guides, and configuration records.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and core Salesforce administration functionalities.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Process Builder.
Experience managing users, security models, permission sets, profiles, and sharing settings.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce data management, including Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and mass data operations.
Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and custom analytics.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and work independently.
Willingness to work the 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM shift.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) certification is preferred.
Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and nonprofit business processes.
Familiarity with Salesforce Flow automation and AppExchange applications.
Exposure to Salesforce integrations using APIs or middleware platforms.
Basic understanding of Apex and Visualforce is an added advantage.
