We're looking for a Senior Engineer ready to own architecture decisions, not just execute tickets.
Responsibilities:
Architect scalable microservices in Java and Spring Boot real system design, not boilerplate CRUD.
Drive REST API design across MongoDB and PostgreSQL at scale.
Lead frontend architecture in React JS component strategy, state, and performance.
Set technical direction alongside product, QA, and DevOps; your call carries weight.
Mentor the team and raise the engineering bar.
Own production stability end-to-end.
Requirements:
5-8 years building production systems in Java, Spring Boot, and React.
Deep hands-on experience with both MongoDB and PostgreSQL, not just listed but lived.
Strong grasp of microservices architecture and system design.
A track record of owning modules end-to-end.
Comfort in a small, high-ownership team with direct founder access.
