Join a high-impact QA team building the testing backbone for a full-scale debt collection and lending platform from account onboarding and delinquency management all the way through settlement, write-off, recovery, and legal collections. This isn't testing a checkout button; it's validating the systems that decide how real money moves and how real debt gets resolved.
Responsibilities:
Architect end-to-end test coverage across the entire collections lifecycle: onboarding, delinquency, segmentation, strategy execution promise-to-pay, payment processing, and settlement Write-off/recovery legal collections agency allocation dispute management.
Build and maintain automation suites using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Rest Assured, and Postman/Newman wired directly into CI/CD.
Validate REST, GraphQL, and event-driven APIs across a real integration mesh: core banking, loan management systems, payment gateways, credit bureaus, collection agencies, SMS/email/WhatsApp providers, CRM, and ERP.
Requirements:
3-5 years in software QA, with automation chops that go beyond record-and-playback.
BFSI, FinTech, Lending, or Debt Recovery domain experience is strongly preferred; it is not just nice to have.
Comfortable owning ambiguity: this domain has more edge cases than most, and the best engineers here dig into the "why" behind a workflow, not just the "what".
Bachelor's in CS, IT, engineering, or a related field.
