Data Science Manager

Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor data scientists and ML engineers.
Drive end-to-end ML/AI projects from development to production.
Build and optimize classical ML and deep learning models.
Develop and fine-tune LLMs using LoRA/QLoRA, PEFT, and related techniques.
Build RAG pipelines, AI agents, and LLM-based solutions.
Define model evaluation, monitoring, and MLOps practices.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
Drive AI/ML technical roadmap and architecture decisions.
Requirements:
7+ years in data science, ML, or AI.
2-3+ years leading data science/ML teams.
Strong Python, SQL, Scikit-learn, and PyTorch/TensorFlow.
Strong expertise in classical ML and deep learning.
Hands-on LLM fine-tuning experience.
Experience with Hugging Face, Transformers, PEFT, and LoRA/QLoRA.
Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI agents.
Production ML deployment and MLOps experience.
Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and tools like MLflow, SageMaker, Kubeflow, or Vertex AI.
