AVP - Revenue

Requirements:
Revenue Recognition: In-depth knowledge of GAAP principles for accurate revenue recognition, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
Financial Reporting and Compliance: Proven experience in preparing accurate financial statements while adhering to governing accounting policies and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Strategic Analysis and Decision Support: Advanced analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights to support decision-making for the CFO, senior management, and board members.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Demonstrated ability to review budgets and forecasts, offering recommendations that align with organizational goals.
Internal Controls and Compliance: Familiarity with internal control frameworks to ensure robust financial controls and adherence to legal and debt covenant requirements.
Cash Flow Management: Skilled in assessing cash flow strategies, optimizing liquidity, and maintaining effective banking relationships.
Audit Coordination: Extensive experience in coordinating audits, evaluating findings, and implementing timely resolutions.
Financial Systems: Knowledge of ERP and financial management systems to enhance operational efficiency and support financial processes.
Collaboration with Shared Services: Ability to work effectively with shared services teams to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing aligned with organizational priorities.
International Stakeholder Management: Proven experience managing relationships with international stakeholders, preferably in the USA and Europe, ensuring alignment with global financial objectives.
CA with 8-14 years of experience, or other similar professional qualifications.
B. Com / MBA with 12-18 years of experience.
