Senior Fullstack Developer

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering modern web applications that power Consero's technology platform. You will work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, QA Engineers, and fellow developers to build reliable, scalable, and user-centric solutions.
You will take ownership of complete feature development from understanding business requirements and solution design through implementation, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
Own end-to-end feature delivery across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Develop secure, high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services.
Build responsive, intuitive, and maintainable user interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
Design efficient database schemas and optimise application performance.
Build integrations with third-party platforms and enterprise systems.
Implement asynchronous workflows, background processing, and event-driven architectures.
Ensure applications meet security, scalability, reliability, and performance standards.
Participate in architecture discussions and recommend practical technical solutions.
Perform code reviews and uphold engineering best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application performance.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve productivity while maintaining engineering excellence.
The core requirements for the job include the following:
Backend:
Strong experience with C# and NET Core / ASP. NET Core NET Core.
REST API development.
SQL Server and relational database design.
Entity Framework or equivalent ORM.
Authentication and authorisation mechanisms.
Background services, asynchronous programming, and event-driven architectures.

Performance tuning, logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
Strong experience building enterprise-grade SaaS applications.
Expertise in. NET Core, React.js, SQL Server, and RESTful APIs.
Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native application development is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating with globally distributed teams.
