Responsibilities:
Own and solve core ML / AI problem statements across search, ranking, information extraction, summarization, and workflow automation.
Build, test, and improve production-grade AI systems that directly power the product experience.
Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate ambiguous business problems into practical ML solutions.
Drive experimentation across LLMs, agents, evaluation systems, and hybrid AI pipelines.
Experiment with different model architectures, prompting strategies, retrieval approaches, and orchestration frameworks to improve accuracy and usability.
Contribute to the long-term AI roadmap, with strong ownership and first-principles thinking.
Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years in a strong ML / AI role.
Background: Experience in a product-based company, preferably an AI-native company.
Pedigree: Strong academic background from a Tier 1 institution.
Problem Solving: Excellent analytical thinking and comfort with ambiguous problem statements.
Mindset: High curiosity, strong ownership, and a builder mentality.
Proof of Craft: Open-source contributions, side projects, research work, or hands-on experimentation preferred.
