AI Engineer

Requirements:
Have 2+ years in a hands-on ML or AI role- ideally at a product-based or AI-native company.
Are strong on ML and deep learning fundamentals, and know when to reach for an LLM versus something simpler.
Are fluent in Python and the ML ecosystem: training, evaluation, deployment, the whole thing.
Have strong reasoning instincts- you can take an ambiguous problem and work backwards to what the model actually needs to do.
Have something to show: open-source work, side projects, research, or experiments that demonstrate how you think.
