AI Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced AI Product Manager who has successfully built AI-powered products or features from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who has been deeply involved in the end-to-end product lifecycle, from identifying customer problems and defining product strategy to working closely with engineering and AI/ML teams to launch and scale AI-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
Own the product roadmap for AI-powered products and features from ideation through launch and iteration.
Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate closely with AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Engineers, UX Designers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions.
Translate customer problems into AI-driven product opportunities and define detailed product requirements.
Drive product discovery through customer interviews, market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights.
Prioritise features using customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
Work with engineering teams throughout development, testing, release, and post-launch optimisation.
Define product KPIs and continuously improve product performance through experimentation and user feedback.
Stay current with advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, automation, and emerging AI technologies.
Requirements:
4+ years of Product Management experience with significant ownership of AI-powered products.
Proven experience building AI products or AI features from scratch and taking them to production.
Strong understanding of the AI product development lifecycle, including experimentation, deployment, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
Experience working closely with AI/ML engineering teams and understanding model capabilities, limitations, and trade-offs.
Hands-on experience defining product requirements, writing PRDs, prioritising roadmaps, and managing agile product development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Good to Have:
Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), NLP, conversational AI, recommendation systems, or intelligent automation.
Experience delivering AI products for US-based customers or global enterprises.
Experience in SaaS, HRTech, Enterprise Software, or B2B AI platforms.
Familiarity with AI evaluation metrics, model performance, and experimentation frameworks.
Technical understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, and modern AI architecture.
