Responsibilities:
Own the product roadmap for AI-powered products and features from ideation through launch and iteration.
Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, software engineers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions.
Translate customer problems into AI-driven product opportunities and define detailed product requirements.
Drive product discovery through customer interviews, market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights.
Prioritise features using customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
Work with engineering teams throughout development, testing, release, and post-launch optimisation.
Define product KPIs and continuously improve product performance through experimentation and user feedback.
Stay current with advancements in generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, automation, and emerging AI technologies.
Requirements:
4+ years of product management experience with significant ownership of AI-powered products.
Proven experience building AI products or AI features from scratch and taking them to production.
Strong understanding of the AI product development lifecycle, including experimentation, deployment, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
Experience working closely with AI/ML engineering teams and understanding model capabilities, limitations, and trade-offs.
Hands-on experience defining product requirements, writing PRDs, prioritising roadmaps, and managing agile product development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
