Requirements:
2+ years of technical support / product support / software support experience (preferably SaaS).
Experience with customer-facing application support.
Hands-on knowledge of SSO, access management, SaaS, cloud computing, FTP, SMTP, and HTML.
Experience working with ticketing/CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
