AI Engineer

We are looking for an AI Engineer with expertise in Gen AI to join CoverSure's mission of revolutionising insurance management. In this role, you will work at the forefront of artificial intelligence, designing and optimising solutions that make insurance simpler, smarter, and more accessible. As part of a dynamic team, you'll contribute to developing scalable Gen AI models, enhancing our product's capabilities, and creating a meaningful impact in the InsurTech space.
Responsibilities:
AI Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune large language models and other AI systems tailored to insurance-related use cases. Data Science Expertise: Leverage data to uncover trends, build predictive analytics, and refine AI algorithms for precision and impact.
Optimisation: Ensure AI models are optimised for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency across real-world scenarios.
Research and Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI and data science, experimenting with the latest advancements to drive product innovation. Integration: Collaborate with engineering teams to embed AI-powered features seamlessly into CoverSure's platform.
Monitoring and Maintenance: Oversee AI systems post-deployment, ensuring robustness, reliability, and accuracy.
Requirements:
Proficiency in statistical modelling, predictive analytics, and working with large datasets.
Programming Proficiency: Advanced skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools.
MLOps Best Practices: Experience in deploying and managing AI models in production environments using MLOps tools and workflows.
Analytical Thinking: Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and machine learning for building reliable AI systems.
Agility: Quick adaptability to evolving AI technologies, tools, and methodologies.
Cloud Experience: Hands-on with AWS, GCP, or Azure for deploying and scaling AI or data workloads. Familiarity with containers, Kubernetes, serverless, data pipelines, and CI/CD is a definite plus.
Experience: At least 4+ years of experience in data science/AI roles, with a minimum of 1+ years in Gen AI-focused projects.
Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related discipline.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering user-centric, high-impact AI solutions.
Key Skills AI Expertise: Hands-on experience with Gen AI technologies, large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and fine-tuning models.
