Requirements:
4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and support.
Strong functional and technical understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, SOQL, and API integrations.
Experience with AMS support models (incident, problem, and change management).
Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD tools, and release management processes.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client management skills.
Salesforce certifications (admin, platform developer, or specific cloud certifications) are preferred.
