Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional teams in designing and delivering scalable, high-quality applications.
Architect and build full-stack solutions (frontend + backend + APIs).
Develop clean, maintainable code using Java, Spring Boot, and ReactJS/React Native.
Drive technical planning, solution design, POCs, and implementation.
Work with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and DevOps practices.
Translate business requirements into robust technical architectures.
Ensure CI/CD best practices, test-driven development, and Agile execution.
Collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
Requirements:
10+ years of software engineering experience.
5+ years leading Java/Spring Boot application development and delivery.
Strong frontend expertise in ReactJS / React Native / TypeScript.
Experience leading teams of 15+ engineers.
Hands-on with GCP (PaaS, Kubernetes, Docker, cost optimization, and infra tuning).
Solid understanding of microservices and REST APIs.
CI/CD (Jenkins), Agile/SCRUM, and DevOps tools (JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket).
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
