Responsibilities:
Incubation and Scaling: Launch new strategic programs from concept to pilot. Define workflows, set KPIs, and manage regional deployments.
Partner Management: Act as the primary lead for external stakeholders, including HNIs and corporate CSR wings. Manage the full lifecycle from onboarding to impact reporting.
Tech and AI Optimisation: Proactively leverage AI tools and modern software to automate reporting, synthesise field data, and drive operational efficiency.
Execution Excellence: Oversee field teams to ensure all initiatives (health camps, diagnostic pilots, etc. ) meet strict timelines and quality standards.
Impact Storytelling: Translate raw field data into compelling narratives and data visualisations to keep sponsors and leadership engaged.
Operational Audit: Ensure data integrity through regular field audits and real-time tech-based monitoring.
Requirements:
Experience: 5-8 years in Program Management. Experience in high-growth startups or the developmental sector is highly preferred.
Digital Fluency: Advanced proficiency in AI productivity tools, CRM systems (e. g., LeadSquared), and project management platforms.
Agility: A self-starter comfortable navigating both corporate boardrooms and remote rural villages.
Communication: Exceptional English skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear, executive-ready format.
Mindset: A proactive problem-solver with a strong bias for action and tech-driven solutions.
