Product Manager

Responsibilities:
As a member of the Janus team, you will be an advocate for the Janus platform to internal stakeholders, emphasizing its application and benefits.
You will collaborate closely with finance teams to thoroughly understand their existing processes, identify pain points, and gather detailed requirements for process improvement or automation.
You will utilize your exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to translate intricate finance processes into efficient and effective Janus workflows, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions for process optimization.
You will also be involved in facilitating the smooth onboarding of workflows onto the Janus platform, providing specialized training and support to finance teams as required, while actively seeking feedback from users and stakeholders to identify areas for enhancing the Janus platform.
Furthermore, you will also collaborate closely with other product managers to implement improvements and new features, understand the limitations of the Janus product, specify requirements, and effectively communicate solutions.
Requirements:
Master of Business Administration and 4-6 years of relevant product management experience.
Prior experience with any programming language.
Proven expertise in translating finance-related requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, proactive mindset, and demonstrated passion for technology.
Outstanding reasoning ability, attention to detail, and good interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred qualifications:
Prior experience in finance, fintech, or any related field.
