Requirement Translation: Act as the primary liaison between the Sales organization and IT technical teams, conducting workshops and documenting solutions in clear user story formats.
Advanced Analytics Collaboration: Partner with analytics teams to provide E2E process transparency, tracking performance from initial call reporting to final revenue recognition.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Support unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) for all cross-platform deployments.
Requirements:
Education: University degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Professional Experience: 8-10 years of functional consulting experience specifically within CRM and ERP landscapes.
Salesforce Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Admin functions and architectural best practices within Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud (CPQ and Billing).
SAP Proficiency: Proven hands-on experience in SAP SD (Pricing conditions, Order types, Delivery, and Invoicing).
Integration Logic: Strong understanding of integration middleware and experience mapping logic between Salesforce Objects and SAP BAPIs/IDocs.
Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to analyze process health, identify friction points in the sales-to-billing handover, and propose scalable solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a "hands-on" mentality and the ability to work independently in a complex environment.
Methodology: Familiarity with Agile project methodologies and experience leading global rollouts in multi-currency/multi-entity environments.
Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, and/or SAP Certified Application Associate (SD).
