Responsibilities:

Ensure alignment of workflow configurations with client business goals.
Requirements:
Graduate with a minimum of 8+ years of experience (no gaps in service records).
Expertise in Six Sigma logic and process improvement methodologies.
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
Strong data visualisation skills (e. g., bar charts, histograms).
Excellent written skills to use cases with proper grammar.
Strong verbal communication in English for client and team interactions.
Proven track record in implementing workflow solutions for clients.
