Microgcc hires qualified candidates in their final year of undergraduate or graduate programs or recent college graduates who are seeking entry into various tech fields.
Program Details
Year 1
Apprentice I: up to 180 days where candidates are assessed for potential and competency.
Apprentice II: 6-12 months
Year 2:
FS 1 or DS 1: Permanent FTE role*
After completion of 1 year program or sooner, high performing candidates are eligible to get promoted to Backend Engineer I or Data Scientist I Level salaried positions with full benefits.

Microgcc, Inc. hires qualified student candidates or fresh graduates who are seeking projects in their field of specialization in their 4th year of undergraduate college or immediately after graduation. This role is a unique opportunity for engineers to grow into the next step in their career journey.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (no exceptions)
You will contribute to engineering activities for building production grade generative AI solutions, play a pivotal role in implementing our machine learning engineering operations to ensure the seamless deployment, monitoring, and management of our machine learning models and data pipelines.
</> The Team:
You will be working closely in a hand-picked team of high achievers comprised of experts in AI, backend engineering, data science and data engineering. You will contribute to developing AI solutions to drive value internally and for our customers.
</> Assignment Types and Impact:
Core Data Science: A core data science role involving use of statistical analysis, machine learning, and programming to extract insights from data, build predictive models, and help our clients make data-driven decisions. Candidates get exposure to It's a multidisciplinary field that leverages skills in mathematics, statistics, computer science, and domain expertise.
Core Data Engineering Work on large-scale stateful and stateless distributed systems, including infrastructure, data ingestion platforms, SQL and no-SQL databases, microservices, orchestration services and more.
AI Engineering to architect, build and deploy production grade GenAI services and solutions. Focused MLOps/LLMOps platform development & automated pipelines focusing on deploying, monitoring and maintaining models in production environments; with model governance, cost and performance optimization.
Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on AI models, algorithms, and deployment processes., knowledge base, including development best practices, MLOps/LLMOps processes and procedures.
Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into production systems. Work closely with members of technology teams in the development, and implementation of Enterprise AI platform.
What We’re Looking For:
</> Basic Required Qualifications:
Enrolled in Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field in a Tier 1/2/3 university. Only accredited universities with regional or national entrance examinations considered. Final year of enrolment in college program (KYC of credentials required) or recent college graduate
Strong knowledge of python or .js languages and frameworks thru projects or other certifications
Understanding of databases and data structures
Extensive coursework or projects in related fields
