Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Analyst & Data Analyst to manage the company's CRM system, sales data, reporting, lead allocation, and performance dashboards. The ideal candidate should have excellent Excel skills, CRM management experience, and the ability to generate actionable insights for the sales and management teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain the company's CRM software
Ensure accurate lead creation, assignment, and tracking.
* Monitor lead lifecycle from enquiry to closure.
*Maintain customer records with complete and updated information.
* Identify duplicate or incorrect records and maintain database hygiene.
* Coordinate with sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams for CRM updates.
* Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
* Generate sales performance dashboards.
* Prepare reports on:
* Lead generation
* Lead allocation
* Follow-up status
* Site visits
* Bookings
* Revenue
* Conversion ratios
* Present management reports with key insights and recommendations.
* Analyze lead sources and campaign performance.
* Track individual sales team productivity.
* Monitor TAT (Turnaround Time) for lead response.
* Generate reports on sales funnel performance.
* Identify bottlenecks in the sales process.
* Validate data accuracy before report generation.
* Clean and standardize CRM databases.
* Import/export customer data.
* Maintain backup and data security standards.
Coordination
* Work closely with Marketing, Digital Marketing, Presales, Sales, and Management.
* Coordinate with CRM software vendors for issue resolution.
* Assist in CRM customization and automation.
* Develop Excel dashboards using:
* Pivot Tables
* VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
* INDEX-MATCH
* Power Query
* Charts
* Recommend improvements in reporting and automation.
* Reduce manual reporting through process optimization.
Required Skills
* Advanced Microsoft Excel
* Google Sheets
* CRM Software (Lead Rat, Sell. Do, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar)
* Power BI (Preferred)
* SQL (Basic knowledge preferred)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience
* 3–6 years in MIS, CRM, or Sales Operations.
* Experience in Real Estate is preferred.
* Experience with CRM implementation and reporting is an advantage.
