Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an SEO/AEO Manager located in Trivandrum, Kerala.
As we transition into the era of AI-driven search, we are looking for a specialist with 3 years of experience who doesn't just rank pages but optimizes for "answers." You will be responsible for traditional SEO pillars - audits, keyword research, and link building - while also spearheading our AEO strategy to ensure our client brands are the primary source for AI-driven queries (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude SGE).
Key Responsibilities
Search & Answer Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and AEO roadmaps to drive organic growth and brand authority.
Technical SEO & Audits: Conduct deep-dive technical audits to ensure site health, crawlability, and mobile-first compliance.
AEO & Schema Mastery: Implement advanced Schema Markup (JSON-LD) and structured data to optimize content for LLMs effectively
Keyword & Intent Research: Move beyond volume-based research to identify "intent-based" clusters and conversational queries that feed AI discovery engines.
Link Building & Authority: Execute high-quality backlink strategies and Digital PR to build domain trust and topical relevance.
Performance Analytics: Leverage Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and AI-tracking tools to measure ROI, share-of-voice in AI snapshots, and conversion rates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with content and web development teams to ensure all digital assets are optimized for both humans and LLMs.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in SEO, with a portfolio showing measurable growth in organic traffic and rankings.
Deep understanding of LLMs and how they work to retrieve and display information
Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, and how site architecture impacts search performance.
Expert-level skills in Web Analytics (GA4) and industry tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
Data-Driven Mindset and strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain strategy to stakeholders and collaborate with creative teams.
