Social Media Marketing Intern

Better Works HR is looking for a Social Media Intern will support the marketing team in managing and growing Better Works HR’s presence across social media platforms. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and involves assisting with content planning, social media calendars, and campaign execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and publishing engaging posts, monitoring channels for comments and messages, and gathering insights to improve performance. The intern will help track metrics, prepare basic performance reports, and collaborate with team members to align social content with broader digital marketing initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in social media and marketing within a professional HR services environment.
Qualifications
Ability to perform Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing tasks, including basic campaign support and platform management.
Skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, with an understanding of audience engagement and brand consistency.
Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for professional and client-facing contexts.
Interest in HR, employer branding, or people-focused business functions; prior coursework or projects in marketing or communications are an advantage.
Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) and basic analytics or insights tools is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage time effectively.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
