Role Description: The Assistant Manager – Strategy & Growth Operations role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role supports strategic initiatives, translates business goals into operational plans, and drives execution across cross-functional teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing performance data, identifying growth opportunities, preparing reports and dashboards, and supporting leadership with decision-making insights. The Assistant Manager will coordinate with various internal stakeholders to streamline processes, implement best practices, and track key metrics related to growth and operations. The role also involves preparing presentations, supporting strategic projects, and ensuring alignment between strategy and on-the-ground operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1 ± 3 Years
Budget: ₹35K ± ₹40K per month
Strong operations management skills, including process optimization, planning, and cross-team coordination.
Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective stakeholder management.
Experience in consulting and management consulting, particularly in strategy, growth, or operations-focused projects.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency with spreadsheets, analytical tools, and presentation software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
Proven ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Prior experience in a strategy, operations, or growth role in a fast-paced organization is an advantage.
