**VITMINVEDA** is expanding its digital presence and looking for an experienced, commercially driven **E-Commerce Specialist** to take ownership of our online marketplace and D2C operations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow VITMINVEDA’s presence across **Amazon, Flipkart and other e-commerce marketplaces**
* Manage and optimize the **D2C website**, including product listings, pricing, inventory and promotions
* Develop high-converting **product titles, descriptions, keywords, A+ Content and storefronts**
* Monitor marketplace **sales, conversion, traffic, rankings and profitability**
* Plan and execute **marketplace promotions, deals and advertising campaigns**
* Coordinate with creative and marketing teams for **product images, A+ content and campaigns**
* Monitor customer reviews, ratings and product feedback and take corrective actions
* Track inventory and coordinate with operations to maintain product availability
* Analyze competitors, pricing and category trends to identify growth opportunities
* Prepare and present regular **e-commerce performance reports and actionable insights**
* Take ownership of achieving **online sales and revenue targets**
⭐ Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who has:
* **3–5 years of hands-on e-commerce experience**
* Strong experience with **Amazon Seller Central** and other marketplaces
* **Preferred: Experience in Skincare, Beauty, Personal Care and Perfume/Fragrance categories**
* Good understanding of **Marketplace SEO, PPC, advertising and conversion optimization**
* Strong analytical skills with excellent knowledge of **Excel / Google Sheets**
* A commercial mindset with a strong understanding of **online consumer behaviour**
* Ability to independently manage e-commerce operations and drive measurable growth
* Strong communication and coordination skills
