Patient Care Coordinator (Tele-calling / Lead Conversion)
Interventional Radiology Clinic — Mohali/Tricity
About the Role
We are a growing interventional radiology practice (varicose veins, fibroids, thyroid nodules, prostate enlargement, and other minimally invasive procedures) looking for a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to manage inbound leads from Meta/Facebook and Google Ads and convert them into booked OPD consultations.
Key Responsibilities
• Call every new lead from Meta/Facebook and Google Ads within 15–30 minutes of arrival in the CRM
• Follow a structured call script to explain the consultation process and address basic patient concerns
• Log every call outcome (connected/not reachable, interested/not interested, objection reason, follow-up date) accurately in the CRM
• Schedule and confirm OPD appointments; send WhatsApp confirmations and reminders
• Run a follow-up cadence for leads who don’t answer or don’t book on the first call (minimum 3 attempts over 5–7 days)
• Coordinate with front-desk/clinic staff to confirm walk-ins against booked slots
• Share daily/weekly conversion reports (leads received, calls made, appointments booked, no-shows)
Requirements
• 1–3 years’ experience in tele-calling, inside sales, or patient coordination (healthcare, diagnostics, insurance, or ed-tech background preferred)
• Fluent in Hindi/Punjabi and comfortable with spoken English
• Comfortable using CRM software and WhatsApp Business tools
• Good telephone etiquette, patience, and persistence with objection handling
• Basic computer literacy (Excel/Google Sheets)
Good to Have
• Prior experience in a hospital, diagnostic center, or clinic front office/tele-sales role
Familiarity with medical terminology or willingness to learn procedure basics quickly
