Product Manager

We're looking for a Product Manager to help shape the future of industrial AI. You'll lead product strategy and execution, working closely with founders, customers, engineering, AI researchers, and commercial teams to build products that solve real-world industry challenges at scale. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment, loves talking to customers, and can turn complex problems into simple, impactful product experiences.
Responsibilities:
Own and drive the product roadmap from idea to launch.
Work directly with customers to understand needs and uncover opportunities.
Partner with Engineering, AI, and Design teams to deliver high-impact features.
Define product requirements, priorities, and success metrics.
Launch new products and capabilities that drive adoption and revenue growth.
Use data and customer feedback to continuously improve the product.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to support go-to-market execution.
Requirements:
5+ years of Product Management experience, including an AI product.
Proven track record of launching and scaling B2B SaaS or enterprise software products.
Customer discovery, user research, and requirements gathering.
Product strategy, roadmap planning, and prioritisation.
Strong understanding of product-market fit, customer journeys, and growth metrics.
Strong customer empathy and analytical thinking.
Ability to work across technical and business teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking ownership.
Bonus Points:
Experience with AI, enterprise software, or industrial/manufacturing technology.
Startup or high-growth company experience.
Background in engineering, data, or software development.
