Sr. Solutions Engineer

The Senior Solutions Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions around DRIM for enterprise customers, including configuring integrations with customer systems, supporting pilots, and guiding deployment. The Senior Solutions Engineer will work closely with sales and presales teams to understand customer requirements, prepare solution designs, conduct product demos, and participate in technical workshops. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with product and engineering teams to translate client needs into scalable features, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and documenting solution architectures and best practices. The role also involves consulting with customers on process improvements, contributing to product feedback, and helping build repeatable solution frameworks for industrial RFQ and tender use cases.
Requirements:
Consulting experience to analyze customer processes, capture requirements, and translate them into effective solution architectures.
Sales and presales capabilities to support opportunity discovery, create technical proposals, deliver demos, and participate in customer presentations.
Solid understanding of enterprise software, SaaS platforms, and APIs; experience with AI, IDP, or workflow automation solutions is an advantage.
A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work directly with customers and cross-functional internal teams.
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or tender/RFQ-focused environments, and prior work in a startup or high-growth company, is beneficial.
