Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Mumbai. The Physiotherapist will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions for musculoskeletal, neurological, and other functional conditions. Daily responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, providing manual therapy techniques, and monitoring progress to adjust treatment as needed. The role also involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and preventive care, and collaborating with other practitioners within the clinic’s multidisciplinary team. The Physiotherapist is expected to uphold high standards of patient safety, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
Qualifications
Formal education in physiotherapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution) and current registration or eligibility to register with relevant professional bodies.
Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and hands-on therapy skills in musculoskeletal, sports, neurological, or orthopedic physiotherapy.
Ability to design and supervise personalized exercise programs, including rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and mobility training.
Good understanding of evidence-based practice, documentation standards, and outcome measurement tools used in physiotherapy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients, work with families, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle a steady patient load while maintaining accurate records and follow-up schedules.
Comfort working in a holistic care setting and openness to coordinating with Ayurvedic, homeopathy, chiropractic, and acupuncture practitioners.
Basic computer literacy for maintaining electronic health records and scheduling; prior clinic or hospital experience is an advantage. By
