Founder's Office Intern — Bangalore (Koramangala, in-person)
Please apply only if you are currently present in Bangalore, near Koramangala.
This is not remote. You'll be sitting with us most days.
What this actually is
We're an early-stage space-tech company. Satellite data in, decision-ready analytics out . Small team. A lot of things running in parallel, and not all of them are organized.
Founder's office means you work on whatever is currently the bottleneck. Some weeks that's chasing a grant deadline. Some weeks it's rewriting a landing page at 11pm. There is no fixed job description, and if that sounds stressful rather than interesting, this isn't the role.
What you'll do
Keep the team on track — follow up on what's pending, chase people, make sure nothing falls through
Day-to-day operations: scheduling, vendor coordination, documentation, whatever admin is currently broken
Talk to everyone — internal team, partners, customers, applicants. A lot of this job is being the person who actually replies
Work directly on applications and filings — grants, accelerators, government schemes. You'll help research, draft, and submit
Write. Content, decks, emails, posts, application answers. You'll write more than you expect
Who this is for
You write clearly in English. Not fancy — clear. Short sentences, no filler
You can hold five things in your head at once and not drop any
You're comfortable when the plan changes mid-week
You learn fast and don't need to be told twice
Skills that will actually help here (not required, but they move you up the list)
Basic spreadsheet fluency — Excel or Google Sheets, formulas and pivots
Comfortable with Notion, Slack, Google Workspace
Some exposure to research: reading a policy document, a tender, or a scheme guideline and pulling out what matters
Interest in geospatial, remote sensing or climate. You don't need a background in it. You do need to be curious about it
Canva or basic design sense for decks and social posts
LinkedIn writing — if you've built any audience or written posts that people read, say so
Any prior experience running events, college fests, or clubs. Founder's office work is closer to that than to a corporate internship
